Refund and Exchange Policy.

All USA orders shiped with USPS first class mail. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Once shipped an email with your tracking information will be sent. You can track your package online via USPS. Allow 1-7 days for delivery once shipped.

International deliveries typically take around 1-2 weeks for delivery, however you may experience delays due to customs. Once an order is shipped Pazitively, LLC takes no responsibility in the event that the package is damaged, lost, or stolen.

All orders are shipped in a box with no indication of the contents.
